Warranty

Friday Trails is an authorized dealer for various brands, each of which has its own unique warranty policy. We strictly adhere to these policies. Warranty coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and may vary depending on factors such as timeframe, defect classification, and the chosen resolution approach.

Please note that warranty coverage is not guaranteed and is determined at the discretion of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). If the OEM identifies a product as defective, they will decide the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Possible solutions may include repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damages arising from shipping, accidents, misuse, abuse, modifications, incorrect installation, overloading, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear may include, but is not limited to: fading or discoloration of tent materials, tarnishing of metal surfaces, tears, punctures, stains, mildew, effects of moisture condensation, rust, oxidation, or metal pitting. Proper care and routine maintenance are required to maintain the equipment’s condition.

To file a warranty claim, please email us at claims@fridaytrails.com. To expedite the process, include the following information in your initial email:

  • Order number and order date
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation)
  • A detailed description of the defect or issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or issue
